We were the FIRST dedicated Functional Training facility in Chester. We are the ONLY functional training centre in Chester with a TRX Master Trainer, Trigger Point Therapy Master Trainer, Let's Bands Master Trainer.

We are the only fitness centre in Chester who has had a coach present fitness training at Under Armour Global Headquarters and the Olympic Stadium in Athens. We also have the FIRST and ONLY EXOS Performance Specialist and Fitness Specialist.

We are the FIRST and ONLY gym in Chester to be short listed for Functional Training Gym of the Year by the National Fitness Awards.
