Yoga is a safe and relaxing pratice during pregnancy and postnatally with babies. During pregnancy yoga helps give you weekly time to relax and to bond with your baby, as well as developing skills of breathing, moving and relaxing that can help prepare you for labour. The movements we do release tension and help to tone the body, as well as preparing us for labour and birthing.
Postnatally, the mother and baby yoga classes help us mums to tone the body, to replenish our energies and to learn fun ways to hold and move our babies safely and in a relaxed way.
