Remedial, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage are a range of treatments that loosen tight muscles, breaking down adhesions in muscle fibres, and focus on restoring and maintaining the full function of your muscles.

Muscle soreness and stiffness of the joints can easily start as a result of every day activities.
A deep tissue massage applied to problem areas can prevent the gradual build up of aches and pains and helps promote relaxation.

I also provide stretching techniques for tight muscles, joint mobilisation for stiffened joints focusing on helping to restore range of movement.

If you are an athlete or just an occasional exerciser, a regular sports massage is one of the best treatments to maintain muscle function and to prevent injury.
