All bedrooms are en suite and have flat screen TVs and tea-making facilities. Many offer a sea view and one room has a balcony. Breakfasts are cooked to order using local produce.

Broadstairs offers seven sandy award winning beaches and spectacular cliff top walks, as well as the famous North Foreland golf course.

Nearby attractions are Margate’s Turner Contemporary and Old Town, the newly reopened Dreamland Park, and the extensive retail and leisure facilities at Westwood Cross. Dover and historic Canterbury are an easy drive.

There are direct trains to Broadstairs from London St Pancras (1 hour 21 minutes on HS1), London Victoria and Bromley. The Bay Tree is a 15 minute walk from Broadstairs Station.Transport can be arranged if required.

Broadstairs also has excellent road access, and The Bay Tree has ample car parking space.
