I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered holistic training programme with the World Conscious Yoga Family in Rishikesh, India.

My yoga practice has been an important tool in living and moving with presence, embracing life's ups and downs offering ways to find perspective, awe and contentment everyday and in everything. Yoga and its transformative nature can assist us in realising our potential, improve our wellbeing and embrace our true nature.

Regular classes:

Mondays

7.30-8.45pm Original Power Yoga 4 weeks at Happy Ohm (£42 for 6 classes/ £8 drop in)

Tuesdays

6.15-7.30pm Yoga for Beginners 6 week course at Happy Ohm Yoga Studio, Capitol House (£42)

7.45-9pm Improvers course at Happy Ohm Yoga Studio, Capitol House (£42)

Thursday

6.15 – 7.30pm Open level, Yoga Happy class, at Little Melton Vilage Hall (£8/£42 6 class pass available)

2 spaces available for anyone experiencing financial hardship on the Yoga for Beginners course, first come first served.

All other classes are £42 for a 6 class pass (passes expire after 8 weeks). Or some places available at £8 to drop in.
