** Terms and conditions for 2 day guarantee for nail and eyelash extensions.
I will guarantee my nail and eyelash extensions for two days against faulty product or application, For example if a nail comes off within 2 days of application due to a fault with any of the products used or the application providing that you notify me within the 2 day time period and you are prepared to come into the salon for me to carry out a repair or replacement (I don’t travel to you for guarantee work)
This guarantee dos NOT COVER breakages due to negligence due to bad aftercare for example if you stub your finger and break a nail or nails lift due to being in hot washing up water for instance or if I have advised you that in my opinion your nails are too short for nail extensions to be applied without the risk of them falling off due to inadequate amount of nail available for fixing extension to (if you are happy for me to fit extensions on short nails without the guarantee I will of course fit them)
You will be given correct aftercare instructions and asked if you are happy with the results at the end of your treatment, If there is any aspect you are not happy with you must say so at the time and this will be rectified there and then, By agreeing that you are happy with the finished treatment and signing a copy you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

***Terms and conditions for appointment cancelation
Appointments made for treatment and not attended without a prior cancelation notice to myself, Either by phone/text or facebook inbox message, (Ideally I would like 24 hours notice but at the very least to be notified on the day and prior to the appointment) Appointments missed without notification will not be re-booked.
