WHO ARE WE?

We are directed by Keith Warner Msc MCSP. He is the former physiotherapist for the following:
Great Britain Rugby League
Hull FC
Hull Kingston Rovers and
Hull City

Keith's expertise includes 25 years of managing elite sportsmen at national level. He has provided services for for the FA Rehabilitation Centre at Lilleshall, the World XI cricket team and at the World Student Games.

Our staff come from a range of professional disciplines - including chartered physiotherapy, exercise science, manual therapy, fitness & rehabilitation.

We provide medical & exercise science support to all ages of Great Britain ice hockey & national athletics. This provides a wide spectrum of competencies - including medical exercise prescription, cardiac rehabilitation, fitness & nutritional advice.

WHERE ARE WE?

We are based in HULL East Yorkshire and provide an affordable range of fitness, health promotion and rehabilitation services for individuals or organisations. Through our scientific health services, we can assess individual or group needs and develop tailored programmes to regain & maintain health and fitness. Our expertise in the field is underpinned by a staff of highly-skilled professionals and supported by a significant array of the latest equipment and technology.

PERSONAL HEALTH

When you are ill with certain long-term conditions or injured, you need fast access to affordable treatment & activity programmes to optimise or improve your health. We are an independent provider with sensible fees - & you can access our services seven days a week - including weekday evenings. If you have been injured at work, playing sport or involved in an accident, we have the expertise & experience to help you get the most from your situation - and in most cases back to normal. And, if you are an athlete wanting to improve, Warners has the sports science expertise and equipment to measure, monitor & support your performance aims.

CORPORATE HEALTH

SPORTS HALL

Our sports hall is perfect for a number of fitness activities - from Futsal and five-a-side football to kick boxing or dance-classes. We even have public bodies operating special training courses in the open space.

As you would expect we provide drinks and snack dispensers in the rest area and by arrangement our adjacent bar and cafe with a relaxation area can be opened.
