Led by a primary music specialist and mother of two, Relax & Sing is a wonderful 5 week course, which is a powerful combination of baby massage, baby yoga, sensory stimulation, shiatsu, relaxation and singing!

Every week we include a gentle relaxation exercise for the grown-ups, sing our way through some fabulous yoga stretches and massage strokes, discover useful shiatsu points for common baby ailments and soothe the little ones with a lullaby.

There's always a cuppa and cake and a great chance for parents and carers to chat to each other, and form lasting friendships. There are a maximum of eight participants per group and most people enjoy it so much they find that one course is never enough!
