Professional Bodybuilding, Fitness and Strength Training Gym.

Titans Gym, originally opened by Martin Mckane in 2001, is now on it's third location at First Floor 3-5 Thomas Street, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 5DD having relocated in 2009 then again in 2011. It lays down the marker when it comes to bodybuilding and strength training gyms. We target both the bodybuilding and strength training market as well as the fitness market with 2017 seeing a refit in cardio equipment and a brand new Strength & Conditioning area built. Titans Gym boasts over 60 pieces of kit on 3 floors including heavy duty stack loaded machines, plate loaded lever machines, racks, and olympic benches all from Powerzone in Wigan. We also have a fantastic free weights area with dumbbells by Jordan going up to 80kg and over 100 20kg olympic dics. In addition to this we have a cardio area containing LifeFitness and Concept 2 equipment.

We also have a Stongman Training area which includes Logs, Barrels, Yoke, Axle, Inch Dumbbells, Farmers, Viking Press, Zercha, Tyres, Lifting Platform, Runway, Power Cage, and Texas Power Bar for any aspiring strength athletes. In addition we have a set of Atlas Stones with Stone Wall and a Car Deadlift Frame outside at the rear of the gym.

At reception we provide a comfy seating area with TV and magazines to relax after training. Here we also provide sporting drinks and supplements shop providing products from all the main brands. We are constantly putting on a range of special offers to keep our prices cheaper than the internet. We can provide advice on supplementation to cater for all needs from fat loss to lean muscle mass gain.

We provide the very best in training advice with onsite Personal Trainers available at competitive rates.

Our Exercise Hall contains a specially fitted wooden sprung floor along with heavy duty punchbags.

February 2017 sqw the opening of a Dojo run by WIJJF providing Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai pads and fitness and Yoga.

There is an onsite Health Food Diner providing a range of healthy meals to eat in or take out.

There are separate changing facilities and toilets for Men and Women both containing showering facilities.

The is a large FREE car park on-site with Parking Control measures in force to ensure only gym users use the car park.

With all this it is easy to see why Titans Gym is by far the firm favourite amongst competing Bodybuilders, Strength Athletes and Fitness athletes.
