Complete Health and Fitness is a family run business that has been open to the public since 2001. We started out at a premises in Bocking, Essex but after over 4 successful years our members were growing at a considerable rate so we decided to move to a new, bigger and better premises situated in Braintree, Essex, in March 2006. We have recently relocated again to a bigger premises in Benfield Way, Braintree, just around the corner from the site in East Street. Our facilities include: Cardio and resistance gym Separate freeweights gym Separate ladies only gym Large studio Spinning studio Sports massage Beauty therapy and much more.... All of our memberships come with no contracts to sign and prices start from £25 per month (ladies only gym membership). There are always instructors on hand to offer you advice.
