PACIFIC SAURY Product Description: • Pacific Saury, Botanical name: “cololabis saira”, frozen. • Primary frost of the fish; • With no additives other, no bruises, no blood spots or foreign matters; Only natural color of the fish; • The fish should not be flabby; • Torn skin allowed no more than 3% • Unit weight between 120 and 140 gr.; • Whole round (WR); • Packaging: 9-9.5 Kg boxes (Not fixed weight every carton) with 1x10 kg plastic bags packed in card boxes labelled according to Belarus legislation; fish stacked rows of evenly, not bulk, BQF; • Average net weight of fish of per carton without glazing should be no less than 8.8kg ≤3% glazing. • Origin: China • FAO 61
