Aufbau Haus Prinzenstraße 85

Das Aufbau Haus am Berliner Moritzplatz in Kreuzberg verbindet auf einzigartige Weise Kultur mit Kreativindustrie. Im Sommer 2011 wurde der erste Bauabschnitt des umgebauten Fabrikgebäudes mit 17.500 Quadratmetern Laden- und Büroflächen eröffnet. Die Aufbau Verlagsgruppe, der das Haus seinen Namen verdankt, und der Kindergarten Wildfang haben die beiden oberen Etagen bezogen. Modulor mit seinen Partnern aus Handel, Handwerk und Dienstleistungen belegt die drei unteren Geschosse der Prinzenstraße 85.

2013/2014 wurde das Haus als ausgezeichneter Ort vom Land der Ideen prämiert, 2015 von 99designs zum kreativsten Hotspot der Stadt gewählt.

Aufbau Haus Prinzenstraße 84

Im 2015 eröffneten Neubau neben der Prinzenstraße 85 hat die design akademie berlin auf zwei Etagen ihre Berliner Standorte vereinigt. Sechs Selbstorganisationen der Sinti und Roma setzen neue kulturelle Akzente. Foodbag mit türkischen Spezialitäten, Pacifico und Roof mit großer Dachterrasse erweitern das gastronomische Angebot. Der Projektraum CLB Berlin, digitalklang, Martin Schmitt Architektur, The Principals, Rothkirch Cartoon-Film, SBIT, Syspons, The Adventures Of u.v.m. geben neue Impulse für das vielfältige Angebot an kreativwirtschaftlichen Unternehmen im Aufbau Haus Prinzenstraße 84 & 85.

The Aufbau Haus on Berlin's Moritzplatz in the Kreuzberg district is a unique combination of culture and the creative industries. In summer 2011, the first section of the refurbished factory building was opened, comprising 17,500 square metres of retail and office spaces. The Aufbau publishing group which gave the house its name, and the "Wildfang" nursery school moved into the two top floors. Modular, with its partners from trade, crafts and services occupies the three lower floors of the building in Prinzenstraße 85.

In 2013/2014, the house was honoured as an exceptional location by the Land der Ideen (Land of Ideas) initiative. In 2015, it was voted most creative hotspot in the city by 99designs.

In the new building adjacent to Prinzenstraß 85, opened in 2015, the design akademie berlin consolidates its Berlin locations on two floors. Six Sinti and Roma organisations provide new cultural accents. Foodbag with Turkish specialities, Pacifico and Roof with large terraces on the top of the building extend the culinary spectrum. The CLB Berlin, digitalklang, Martin Schmitt Architektur, The Principals, Rothkirch Cartoon-Film, SBIT, Syspons, The Adventures Of and many others provide new input to the diverse portfolio of creative businesses in Aufbau Haus Prinzenstraße 84 & 85.
