HOW GDANSK CONVENTION BUREAU CAN COMPLIMENTARY SUPPORT YOUR CONFERENCE?

- Provide expertise assistance, support and consultancy
- Provide information about DMCs, PCOs, local service providers, venues and accommodation facilities
- Arrange ‘site inspections’ in hotels and conference venues
- Assist you in the choice of hotels, conference venues, catering and transportation services (up-to-date database of all service providers);
- book hotels and conference venue;
- Arrange a meeting with regional authorities and industry representatives
- Arrange Tourist Information Desk at conference venue and Welcome Desk at the airport (meetings more than 300 participants);
- Assist you in gaining the official airline partner for your event and discounted fares for participants of the event;
- Provide promotional materials about Gdansk and the region
- Offer support of our Volunteers while organizing your conference (in cooperation with Regional Center Voluntary in Gdansk)
- Offer special price of 'Tourist Card' for your delegates
