OMG Model Management was founded in 2011 by Mr. and Mrs. DeVille. Mrs Zia Wagner-DeVille has been an international model for many years and Vincent DeVille is an entrepreneur and photographer.

We understand the importance of a proper management and its vitality for any model to have a successful career. OMG Model Management is an international scouting, development and placement agency that was born in Los Angeles - and has since opened offices in Amsterdam, Budapest, and Moscow.

The OMG Team is made up of highly experienced bookers. Most of our team members have been models in the past, thus they can relate to our models on a personal level. This gives us firsthand experience and knowledge about both sides of the industry which makes OMG a wonderful mother agency and mentor for all aspiring and professional models.

As a placement agency (aka Mother Agency, Management Company) we scout, develop and then successfully place models with the top booking / retails agencies in competitive modelling markets such as New York, London, Milan, Paris, Tokyo etc.

At OMG, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and work hard for our models by providing them with complete and personal management. We develop a career plan uniquely tailored to each model. We invest in our models’ development such as test shoots, set cards, catwalk trainings, tutorials etc.

At OMG, we work closely with parents to help set up the best plan for their daughter and by working around her school schedule. This way, she can begin her development as a model and still have her schooling remain a top priority. We value the importance of an education and want our models to be successful in all aspects of their lives.
