Chopin Airport Development jest spółką powołaną przez Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe „Porty Lotnicze” (PPL) z misją realizacji inwestycji zlokalizowanych w sąsiedztwie portów lotniczych. CAD jest jednocześnie inwestorem, operatorem oraz administratorem istniejących obiektów i inwestycji realizowanych od podstaw. Jako franczyzobiorca światowych sieci hotelowych Marriott, Hilton i Best Western, Spółka aktualnie zarządza czterema hotelami zlokalizowanymi w Warszawie, Gdańsku i na Półwyspie Helskim. Dwa hotele w Warszawie i Katowicach są w fazie budowy.

W portfelu Chopin Airport Development znajdują się wielokrotnie nagradzany za jakość usług hotel Courtyard by Marriott sąsiadujący z warszawskim Lotniskiem Chopina, dwa hotele Hampton by Hilton w Warszawie i Gdańsku, a także znajdujący się na półwyspie Helskim, wypoczynkowo – konferencyjny Hotel Best Western Jurata.

W grudniu 2014 roku został podpisany List Intencyjny z Górnośląskim Towarzystwem Lotniczym, dotyczący dzierżawy działki pod budowę hotelu w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie terminalu Portu Lotniczego Katowice-Pyrzowice. Nowy obiekt udostępniony zostanie pod należącą do sieci Marriott marką Moxy, a do dyspozycji gości oddane zostanie 100 pokoi rozmieszczonych na 6 kondygnacjach.

Trwają także prace nad sąsiadującym z Lotniskiem Chopina pięciogwiazdkowym hotelem pod nową na polskim rynku, należącą do sieci Marriott, marką Renaissance. Nowy hotel będzie dysponował 225 pokojami hotelowymi oraz blisko 800 metrami kwadratowymi sal konferencyjnych.

Chopin Airport Development is a company set up by the State Enterprise "Polish Airports" (PPL) with the mission of the investment located in the vicinity of airports. CAD is also an investor, operator and administrator of the existing facilities and investments realized from scratch. As a franchisee of global hotel chains Marriott, Hilton and Best Western, the Company currently manages four hotels located in Warsaw, Gdańsk and the Hel Peninsula. Two hotels in Warsaw and Katowice are in the construction phase.

The portfolio Chopin Airport Development are an award-winning quality of service Courtyard by Marriott adjacent to the Warsaw Chopin Airport, two hotels Hampton by Hilton in Warsaw and Gdansk, and also located on the Hel Peninsula, leisure - Conference Hotel Best Western Jurata.

In December 2014, the Company signed a Letter of Intent with the Upper Silesian Aviation Association, concerning the lease of land for construction of a hotel in the immediate vicinity of the airport terminal Pyrzowice. The new facility will be available at belonging to the Marriott brand Moxy, and guests will be given to 100 rooms spread over 6 floors.

Work is also underway on the adjacent Chopin Airport under a new five-star hotel on the Polish market, which belongs to the Marriott, Renaissance brand. The new hotel will have 225 hotel rooms and 800 square meters of conference rooms.
