Gotujemy autorsko, odnosząc się do polskich produktów i dań regionalnych. Stawiamy na dobre jedzenie i wina w rozsądnej cenie, bezpretensjonalną atmosferę i swobodną obsługę. Odkrywamy zapomniane polskie dania i interpretujemy je po swojemu. Daleko nam do konceptów, stylów i mód. Wynosimy jakość z restauracji i wprowadzamy ją do bistro.

Ważna jest dla nas jakość, dlatego pracujemy jednym zespołem. Nie chcemy być fabryką usług kulinarnych. Otwieramy tylko wieczorami, a w niedziele mamy zamknięte. Chcemy żyć i gotować w sposób zrównoważony. Sami jeździmy po warzywa do Pana Ziółko, ryby przywozi Pan Bernard, kupujemy ekologiczne i możliwie najlepsze produkty. Myślimy o tym, co sami jemy i takie też jedzenie serwujemy.

Wina też są dla nas ważne, dla niektórych z nas bardzo ważne. Lubimy próbować, szukać smaków i połączeń. Podajemy porcje degustacyjne, tak żeby nawet te drogie wina były w zasięgu. Do każdego menu proponujemy selekcje win, ale niczego nie narzucamy.

We cook signature dishes with a strong connection to Polish produce and regional meals. We focus on good food and wine at reasonable prices, an unpretentious atmosphere and casual service. We rediscover forgotten polish cuisine and interpret it our way. We are far from concepts, styles and trends. We take the quality of fine dining and bring it to the bistro.

Quality is most important for us, that’s why we work as one team. We don’t want to be a culinary service factory. We open only for the evenings, Sunday we are closed. We want to live and cook in balanced, reasonable way. We buy our products personally – vegetables from local producer Pan Ziółko, fish is delivered to us by Pan Bernard, we buy the best available ecological produce daily. We think of what we like to eat and this is the type of food we serve.

Wine is also important for us, for some of us it’s extremely important. We like to try things out, find tastes and pairings. We serve tasting portions, so every wine, including the expensive one, is approachable. Every set menu is paired with wine selection, but we do not insist on anything. The choice is yours.
