'Molino del Salento Spa' was founded in 1983 as co-operative to promote the local agro-alimentary products. The plant is composed by a mill, for the manufacturing of bran flours and plain flours of durum wheat, barely and emmer wheat, a pasta factory, for the production of fresh and dried pasta, a bakery where oven baked products are prepared
